The wrapping is the promise
Twelve flavours, twelve checkerboards. You know your flavour the moment you see it — and that’s the point. The pattern isn’t decoration. It’s the promise that what’s inside is exactly what it says it is.
We make Caribbean dumplings by hand, and we wrap every flavour in its own checkerboard so you know exactly what you’ve got before you tear it open. Twelve fillings. No lookalikes. No guesswork.
Then we do the harder part: we hold one standard, and we take that standard as far as this food deserves to go. Not one street. Not one city. Everywhere people already love it.
Everything else is negotiable. These aren’t.
Twelve flavours, twelve checkerboards. You know your flavour the moment you see it — and that’s the point. The pattern isn’t decoration. It’s the promise that what’s inside is exactly what it says it is.
We own the recipes, the specifications and the food safety system. Every batch, from every partner kitchen, is made to the same spec and traceable back to source. Scale, to us, means holding the standard — not diluting it.
We start with the locals closest to us and grow outward from there — same brand, same standard, every market. This food travels well. It always has. It just hasn’t been given the platform.
Meat, fish and plant-based — all hand-filled, all made fresh, all held to the same spec. Pick a flavour by its pattern long before you read a label.

A brand only travels as far as its standards do. So ours are written down, checked, and carried by everyone who touches the product.
Every dumpling has a written spec — filling, weight, wrapper, allergens, cook method. If a batch doesn’t meet it, it doesn’t ship. No exceptions for volume.
A single HACCP-based FSMS governs every kitchen that makes us. It isn’t paperwork bolted on afterwards — it’s how this brand operates, day to day.
Every batch is traceable one-up, one-down. We know who made it, when, and from what — and if we ever had to, we could take it back. So could you.
Vital Vybez Ltd is the Food Business Operator. We carry the brand and the product liability. Our partners carry their own businesses, their own kitchens, their own people.
We’re a Caribbean dumpling brand built as a network. We own the recipes, the specifications, the food safety system and the good name. Licensed producers, prep kitchens and cold-chain distributors do the making and the moving — to that one standard, under one traceability rule.
That means the people who make this real keep their own businesses. Their own kit, their own teams, their own reputations. We bring the brand, the spec, the demand and the quality system that makes it sellable — and we grow when they do.
It also means you can shape it. Brands are most themselves at the beginning. Come in early and you’re not joining someone else’s story — you’re writing part of ours.
Our first local is a real shop, on a real street, run by people who know this food. Here’s where you can find us — and who stands behind it.

Prendys delivers through Deliveroo — that’s how our range reaches more doors in Moseley. B

Prendys trades here too, so our dumplings can turn up on the same order as the rest of your tea. B

We’re also talking to food-waste platforms like Too Good To Go and OLIO about putting unsold stock to good use. Nothing’s signed yet, so nothing’s claimed here — we’ll add them the day they’re real.
We’d rather show you the plan than sell you a promise. Here’s the road, in the order we intend to walk it.
Stage 1 · Months 1–6
Twelve flavours, one local, made and sold properly. We prove the product before we scale it.
Stage 2 · Year 2
Our online shop opens, and the first dedicated prep kitchen comes online to feed it.
Stage 3 · Year 3
More producers, more locals, and the wholesale channel. The network starts carrying the weight.
Stage 4 · Year 4
On shelves, at festivals, in front of crowds — the brand gets a proper national footprint.
Stage 5 · Year 5
Caribbean dumplings sold the way any great food brand is sold — properly, everywhere.
The figures behind those stages come straight from our costed plan: around £1.8m at Stage 3, £3.2m by Stage 4, £5.2m by Year 5 B. We hold one rule throughout: if gross margin falls below 40% for two quarters running, we pause, fix it, and don’t pretend otherwise. We don’t raise money to hide a margin problem.
By the people who make it, move it, sell it and eat it. If that’s you, there’s a place here — start by finding your local, or come and build it with us.
